Howie is a 3 or 4 yr old Shih Tzu, who is about 11 lbs. He is a snuggle bug.  He love to cuddle, watch TV with his owners, and sleep in the morning.  He is quite the character. Howie is house and crate trained.  He would do best as an only dog.  Howie is great with cats, older children and adults.  He is an amazing companion who makes his foster family laughs lot with his silly noises and expressions
