Howie Is a 3 or 4-year-old Shih Tzu, who is about 11 lbs. He is a snuggle bug. He loves to cuddle, watch TV with his owners, and sleep in the morning. He is quite the character. Howie is house-trained and kennel-trained. He loves other dogs but does best with smaller dogs or large female dogs. He tries to get bossy with large male dogs. Howie is great with cats, older children, and adult humans. Howie is an amazing companion who makes his foster family laugh a lot with his silly noises and expressions.
